Return, Refund & Weather Policy for
Bloom KS & Online Store

You are always welcome to return or exchange the products purchased at bloomks.com, excluding live plants, rocks,  and bulbs.

​

At time of booking, you have the opportunity to take out a warranty on plants, providing replacement.

​

You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. The items must be returned to Bloom KS address in proper unless returned as faulty or damaged.

​

Refund Options

 

We will replace the item with another one of better quality, different size, or color.

​

Gift card. We will give a Gift card equal to the cost of the item (or larger) to be used on our Site with another purchase.

​

Although you are free to choose preferred compensation, we reserve the right to change the list of available compensation options depending on the items returned, customer location, banking peculiarities, or other reasons creating difficulties or inconveniences whether for Bloom KS or for customers.

How to Return a Purchased Item

​Non-refundable Items

We do not refund the products that are not eligible for return.

Non-refundable (non-returnable) products:

  • Non-refundable Items

  • Flowers and Plants

  • "Final Sale" items

  • Gift Cards

  • Digital products


We do our best to maintain the best accuracy of the non-refundable list, but the list may not include all applicable variants.

Weather Policy

Inclement Weather means the existence of rain or abnormal climatic conditions (whether they be those of hail, snow, cold, high wind, severe dust storm, lightning within two miles of job site, extreme high temperature or the like), by virtue of which it is either unsafe and/or unreasonable for Employees to continue working when exposed to this weather.

​

In the event of inclement weather, the job will be delayed to the next available date.  We will do our best to complete work in a timely fashion.
